• There are no accounts. We never ask for health details.
• We do not sell or share personal information.
• We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles each request to the site and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block attacks. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Stored in your browser

If you pick light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us.

If you contact us

When you use the contact form or email us, we get your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you, we do not add you to any list, and we delete messages we no longer need.

Form messages are delivered to our inbox through Cloudflare. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it; Turnstile processes browser data for that check. See the Turnstile privacy addendum.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
